The hotel has a unique mid-century style with Bali influences. The rooms surround a central atrium. This atrium features a beautiful pool area and bar (perfect for a post-sightseeing cocktail!). I found the bedding to be excellent. The hotel provides comfortable robes.
The room showed some age, as I stayed on the first floor. The air conditioning unit made considerable noise. There was an unpleasant smell.

I found the pool area relaxing. Its heated water and tranquil music created a peaceful atmosphere. the staff were consistently cheerful and helpful. Their friendly attitude significantly enhanced my experience. the hotel decorations were lovely. I liked the petrified wood side tables next to the bed.
The room lacked proper blackout curtains. The shutters had gaps that let in too much light. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably past 5am. i found this impacted the quality of my rest.

The pool area includes lots of lush greenery. Breakfast had excellent options. Very comfortable towels were available as well as bathrobes and bed linen. The staff proved excellent and accommodated me with a free upgrade to a beautiful room.
Used toilet paper stayed in the bathroom and I saw no proper blinds. This meant I woke up when the sun rose at 4:30 AM. A water bottle would be nice because the tap water lacks coldness.

The hotel location allows for a short bike ride to all major attractions. Notable areas of the city are easy to reach. I rented bikes from the hotel and only used them for transportation.
